Do I need to live near the boat?
No. Most of the owners I work with live far from their boats. That is the point: the boat is looked after while you are away, and ready when you arrive.
Can I keep my own captain?
Yes. I work with your captain, not instead of them. I bring the technical knowledge, the suppliers and the planning; your captain runs the boat day to day.
What happens if something breaks while I am sailing?
You send me a message. I find the right technician near you, explain what needs doing, and check that the fix is the right one.
Can you help when it is time to sell or replace the boat?
Yes. A boat with a clear maintenance record is easier to sell, and I can help you plan the next one around how you actually sail.
