Shai Tilinger
I've been sailing since I was a child, 35 years at sea. A sailor before anything else, I know the marinas, the people in them, the routes, the seasons and the winds.

Sailor First, Technician Second
I've worked as a skipper on the boats I now manage, and on the technical side across electrics, plumbing, fiberglass and mechanics. That combination means I see problems early, and I know when a technician's fix is the right one.
Because I follow every boat I look after, I also see the patterns: what breaks in year two, which options owners stop using, what they wish they'd ordered. That's what lets me tell an owner what they'll need in one, two and three years.
Why Independent
I don't sell boats, options or equipment, and I take no commissions. I represent the owner, and only the owner. That's also why I take on a limited number of owners: the fit has to work both ways.

Tell Me About Your Boat
Where she is, how you use her, and what's on your mind. I take on a limited number of owners, so the fit has to work both ways.
